Repaint and fixing the smoke from the chimneys in VN Kongo V1 pre war.

I repainted the Kongo model with blonde wood but I have a little problems with mdl material illumination, because the model look opaque. I retouch severely with the MDLMat the specularity in the first and second line that they are the two deck parts of the model.
