.........while (re_)loading some Korea missions I ran into a small strange problem. Some missions called for TRs' A-26B invader. Well I have it and all the modifications. I have it loaded in my Pacific and European theaters and they have a flight crew. However, my Korea theater has NO flight crew but will fly. I get the usual "...can't find scenery object blah...blah...blah." The thing is the palne works great in all the other theaters just not Korea. There it appears to be a drome!

I checked for all the required objects in all the named places and they are there just like in all the other theaters. The crew just won't show up in Korea. I guess that they were draft dodgers.

Anyone have any ideas?

Hey fibber,

Did you try deleting the cdp files for the plane and object? How about the file.dat for the objects?

I'd start there and try again.

Perhaps the crew are separate models that you have in your WW2 installs, but not in your Korean install?

Either as payloads (ie Wolfis IJN or US pilot), or as as aircraft entries (stock US pilot, MG pilots etc.)

Thanks u.t,, blood...

.....but for some reason the game refuses to recognize the "wep_raf_pilot" and other assoc. dp's.:dizzy: What I finally did is just give up and swapped in a TR-B-26B .dp file and renamed it TR-A-26B. The difference there is that the B-26 uses "good olde SID" and his side-kick "Gunner" where-as the original A-26 uses the "wep_pilot" and "wep_gunner" .dp's.
I did have all these previously in but for some reason these guys in that original A-26 config refused to go to Korea. Guess they figured "one and I'm done!":biggrin-new:

May u have not enough virtual memory! Try to cut down the amount of planes and ships installed. Thats happen to me frequently and this is my way to fix it.

You didn,t specify is this a player aircraft or Ai that looses the crew , One thing to try , is check the mdl folder root directory
and add them in if not listed , and secondly add them to the infoe dat listing as well , and try again ,,

check to make sure a object dp,s are in place too ,
