How can flt files be changed to ........

I have discovered in an old folder a lot of flight plans for FSX that are in the old FLT format. Some of those flights look very interesting and I would like to convert them to PLN format.

I would like to know if it is possible to convert them or is there some way to get the information so I can put them through Plan G.

Those are saved flights, not flight plans. See this - http://microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc707071.aspx

If the saved flight had a flight plan you can load the flight with FSX, and then acess the flight plan.
