    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

How can I exchange sounds of the Hunter, please?

Hi everybody,

I am totally excited about the fantastic Hawker Hunter family of Dave Garwood and Rick Piper. So here my question about it:

Is it possible to hear the typical roaring jet sound while flying? When I am in exterior view, I only can hear this taxiing whine sound, also with full throttle. I tried to exchange the appropriate xban and xbbn sounds, but always get a whine. Each hint is much appreciated...

Tried it without effect - but what I meant is possibly exchanging some wave files inside the sound folder. Inside the original one is a permanently whine mixed with a very silent roaring sound. I can't get out how to make the roar louder or exchange the respective sound by a roaring sound instead.
