How Can I Get A English Translation of The PDRV You Tube Videos?

I have found a lot of videos of the Vietnam Peoples Air Force and their pilots who flew against the
American Air Force 1967-1973...but they are all in Vietnamese. Is there a way to receive a english
translation?

Not likely. Most people post those videos to share with fellow aviation fans from their own country. You should post a comment under the video asking if one of the Vietnamese YouTubers could please translate at least the key portions of the video for you. Even up in Wanamingo MN I'll bet there are Asian grocery stores run by Vietnamese. Maybe they could help you. Many years ago before the internet and YouTube, a Japanese friend of my wife translated some photo captions from Koku-Fan magazine. She did a good job, way better than you would get with Babelfish or the other translation programs available nowadays.
