How come I never get to fly on airliner with this pilot???

That was a great video, but would you want to try that with a belly full of baggage and cargo and most of the passenger seats occupied?

Oh yeah, the famous no-flap landing following a full roll. That's believable... :very_drunk:

I can't believe the silly folks who tried to claim the Dreamliner footage was CGI though... :dizzy:

Dreamliner video - to a certain extent I could believe it to be CGI! Think of the camera angles used & if it is real life, think of the camera ship positions & the lenses needed to achieve some of those shots.
One is also lead to believe that it was videoed at Farnborough, but its not. The Monday video is Farnborough. I can believe that the programme was tested & practised elsewhere as Farnborough presentations are very strictly regulated.

It was shot at Grant County International Airport in Moses Lake, WA. The aerial footage was taken from a helicopter platform commissioned by Boeing specifically for this video.

Bill, Thanks for the detail - amazing cameras/lenses these days, not to mention the stabilised platform on the chopper.
