aren't speed bumps there to encourage drivers to slow down (except the surprise ones the locals build for "fun" along the Baja 1000 route)?

That video is begging to be "shopped". Speed it up, shop in a Red shell and Mario Kart sound track.... :icon_lol:
 
I hope that guy wasn't hurt badly, he seemed to be in pain!
