Well, im looking to make AI aircraft out of Aircraft in my hangar, is there somthing i can use to do this? that will also make edits to when and where my AI will go and come? thanks,

Hi,

Traffic Tool Box, a part of the FSX SDK will allow you to do this.

Hanger aircraft do not make good AI planes as their detail is too high.
 
Yeah, AI flightplanner is the easiest and best way to create your own flight plans for AI traffic in my opinion. You can also convert FS9 flight plans with it which makes it one of my most often used tools for FSX.
