I'm usually a loyal Thursday night CSI person so I missed the beginning of this show. Color of War II: The British was on PBS tonight (Thurs July 16) at 9PM EST. There was Med Spitifre footage in color!!! It's still being broadcast as I write. On my local network it will probably be rebroadcast late-night before the end of the week, but it may also be viewable online on www.PBS.org. Check your local listings.

I have it taped. In my opinion the whole serie is great. Not this just one on Britain. There was another one on Britain where you can hear the preacher from Parliment making a prayer in Sept 1939 where his voice was trembeling as he prayed for God's guidance and blessing in this new war.

I was shocked up evendow this event happen many years ago!

I'm glad someone from the SOH got to see the program. Did you see the part with the Med pilot writing home about his Spitfire? It reminded me very much of a love letter.
