I don't understand what's with SOH

I put on a sticky for a Plum Island Airport contest. It lasted about 5 minutes. What with SOH? I guess I don't understand the rules.
 
Helldiver, there is programming in the website that allows for a thread to be a sticky, there is no other way to get it to work other than to give moderators the rights to access that programming.

I think it's a neat idea for a contest and I stickied it for ya.
