I had a ceiling full at one time, but when I moved from Washington to Oregon I gave most of them to my nephew. Been thinking about building again, but there just isn't enough time in the day.

Would you believe I still have Testors paint from back in the 60s and 70s. All dried up but the box I have them in is still here with me after all these years. :costumes: And some of the models too that I haven't put together. When I went off to college, my brother destroyed all the a/c models I had.

Anyone looking for an Otaki 1:12 scale Porsche 911 Turbo? I bought this one in 1973 in Rochester, NY. It's unassembled and for sale.... it's not cheap either. ;) Box was opened to make sure everything was there and not touched again. I can see it on the shelf in my computer room as I sit here at the computer.

Hey Buddha, I see you got that Air Combat Collection, magazine die cast thing going on, I got up to Issue 28 (minus the Mirage 2000 on issue 26 which never showed) then couldn't find it anywhere after issue 28 over here in NZ:banghead:, how many issues did it get to?

Hi Fauville,
I got all 32 issues.Have been looking round to find who actually made the models. No luck though.Acouple turned up in my locall model shop minus the magazines for £2.99.

I almost feel ashamed to do this to you lads.:redf:

As of today I have 606 completed 1/72 aircraft models in my collection, 97 of which are Hurricanes, and 88 are Spitfires.

Cool!!! My father has literally over a thousand of those things in the house (90%+ unbuilt). I guess I am meant to inherit his collection, though I don't know what I will do with all the things. :costumes:

Hi Wombat,
I think I have built over the years all those models you have shown boxed.
Lack of time and space is what is stopping me at the moment.
