I have figured out why CFS2 runs faster in the Window mode

CFS2 switches to a lower resolution MLOD model sooner in the Window mode because it is slightly smaller than the full screen mode.

For example: It switches to the 3rd MLOD model (250 polygons) at the same distance when it is using the 2nd MLOD model (7534 polygons) in the full screen mode.
