I have never desired a motorcycle, until now!

WOW!!....Its amazing that "THINGS" get lost in time and space!...And when they seem to be in suspended animation ,its even more astounding!...That bike speaks for an other generation,1930s? Depression ring a bell??.....A statement of faith hope and vision....I included this car!...no less spectular....For years I always looked at old barns with wonder.....What If?? I always thought,open the big doors and find ,an original Piper Cub.in MINT condition...Oh Well there are lots of barns yet..Thanx for the great post..Vin

It is so beautiful that I would be afraid to ride it. Of course it was designed to be ridden, and not riding it would be a crime.....

I'm stuck. This is a philosophical issue well beyond me.
 
...As stated above,....very cool. No,...make that very, very cool. I dig the pseudo grill. Looks like the lines were lifted off a Chrysler Airflow from the 1930's. The only surprise being that someone got his mitts on it before Jay Leno did. I'm sure he'd like to have it in his stable.
 
It looks like a Raymond Loewy design. Be a great machine to put in our auto gallery!! It does resemble our 611 a little! Better park it, Caz! Our Virginia roads would turn that thing into a stripped-down version in a few miles! LOL! Looks great!

Caz .... you need to drop in for a visit and check out our newest addition ..... a 1922 Piedmont. She was built in Lynchburg. One of two in the world, and the other is on loan for a little while.

Brad, we must be in parallel universes, I said the same thing the moment I saw the article, "Boy, wouldn't Leno drool for that one!" I bet Leno makes an offer that Syracuse gent can't refuse at some time in the future.

Yeah Don, I need to get up to Roanoke, not just to see the new items in the museum, but I got some old friends from Danville that live there and one is not doing well. I may pay a visit during the week even. And yes, our roads dfown here are no better, there almost on par with the roads in PA now.
