I was visiting some rarely used fields and I've noticed I have trees growing in the middle of a runway at Peleliu!

Actually the problem looks like two versions of Peleliu are in close proximity to each other and MR's version with trees is on top of the older version. Only problem, I dunno how the get rid of the other version.

Did CFS2 come with a stock Peleliu?

CFS2 did come with a stock Peleliu. I found Maskrider's file for the new Peleliu, and reinstalled it, but unfortunately the stock strip is still there....

... yes, I believe MR's read me tells you how to deactivate the stock scenery

I followed MR's directions, but still no dice.

I believe it's a hierarchy issue in the Scenery Library. If I remember correctly, it has to be quite a ways up.
Got it to work in old install but now having the same problem as you.
It's hierarchy...before moving it up and after....

I'll try messing around with the hierarchy then, because Hellcat painted the problem perfectly!

Placing my MR fields folder above the runway entry on the hierarchy did the trick, but I'm running in to another problem.

When I select Peleiu I start off in the dirt, where the stock strip was. I don't see any runway entries for MR's version....

Never mind! MR's Peleiu is under MR Peleiu, not just Peleiu...
