• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

  • Server side Maintenance is done. We still have an update to the forum software to run but that one will have to wait for a better time.

I need some help

Count on it....or count it...which ever you prefer!

I'll do what I can. This site, and more important its people, have helped me do things I thought I could never do!:amen:

Count me in, because if weren't for the noted individual of which you speak so truly, there would be no SOH.... I might not be able to contribute an extremely large amount, but I will give all I can. As a footnote, if us SOH'ers would take a simple mason jar, and empty our loose change into it every day (instead of feeding it to a snack machine whose contents will someday hopelessly clog our arteries) between now and your target date, the items you mention would be easily paid for in full. Now, back into my cave....:friday::jump::applause:

Funny you mention it, that's exactly what I do! About once a year I empty the can on my dresser. Usually, there's about $100 worth of change in it, a tidy little windfall. It's not full right now, but I'd happy empty it for the cause. Count me in, too. Oh, and yes, Paypal would be the simplest way for me, too.

I had the privilege to personally meet the Gentleman a few weeks ago.

Please count me in.
I see that many here would prefer to send a check, as would I.
I am sure that a trusted Staff member will setup an account for donations and offer an address to send it.
