I uploaded Alconbury...

With a little work in afcad.

A little work? Is there a workaround that I do not know of? If so can you point it out? It would be very much appreciated!
Edit: Never mind Robert, I think I've found it! This should work in Golden Wings. Can anyone let me know if this really works? LDF?
Just rename this one to a bgl file: bgl instead of txt. Put it in the scenery folder of Alconbury and allow to overwrite.

WOO! HOO! That looks great. THANKS! GW3, here we come! :ernae: :ernae:

Will report back here later 2-nite (03-24-09) if someone else doesn't beat me too it!

LDF

That did it!
Thanks a lot, Cees!

Where is that freeware uk mesh installed btw??
I always install my addon scenery in a seperate folder outside FS, the various meshes set on a lower priority, all other sceneries above (although I once read that mesh sceneries don't need to be set lower - but having them altogether in that part of the scenery.cfg helps keeping track...).

:applause: to that one!
Again.

Groetjes,
Markus.

Hey Cees. Actually I learned of modifying your airfields from you! A couple of years ago I asked a question about the taxiways, you told me to change them to coral. I had never used or heard of afcad before, after some trial and error, I got the hang of it.

A little while ago, I asked about making these airfields for GW3. I was referring to some of your older stuff like Grafton Underwood, having a seperate set of textures for GW3?

As always, a big thanks Cees. :ernae:

Robert,

I'll convert these older fields in time. Keeps me of the street!
