You will find both RAF Mountbatten (Plymouth) and RAF Pembrook Dock (South Wales) in ETO since v.1.20. Just swap out the current Catalinas for Sunderlands in the xml file to populate the moorings (suspect you will need to leave the Catalinas on shore as Sunderlands did not have a wheeled landing gear and were hauled out by fitting a special trolley).

Unfortunately Castle Archdale (Ulster) is too far West (beyond Longitude W6) and the Scottish seaplane bases too far north (above Latitude N55) to be in the CFS3 ETO sand pit.
 
Wow, NachtPiloten that looks amazing! I come back after being gone for a long time and first thing I see is this! Glad to see CFS3 still has some life left!
