IL-2 great Battles mods

I know I shoud know this by now, but I am trying to use the JSGME ModEnabler in IL-2 Great Battles series, Steam version. Where is the root folder I am supposed to put it in, please?

If you're running on steam, it'll be in the C:/program files (x86)/steam folder/steamapps/common/program folder

Yes, that's what I thought, and then bin/game, but the IL-2.exe there launches only Battle of Moscow, which I added recently as a VE Day gift, and not the full collection.
