Hey guys,

I'm back up and running...fully functional. Don't worry, I didn't lose any of my work for CFS2. :mixedsmi:

Well Rami, if there's any highlights in having to re-load your operating system, its the one where everything works fast again. Speaking from experience. :banghead:
No matter how good one takes care of their computy, nothing beats a fresh install. ;)

Highpockets,

Yes, I saved them in my favorites under a category..."Flightsim links"

Save and/or Transfer Firefox Bookmarks

In Firefox it is quite easy to backup or even move your entire "Bookmarks" list to another PC.

First- under "Tools / Folder Options" enable: "Show hidden files and folders"

Then follow this filepath:
C:\Documents and Settings\User\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles

In the Profiles folder there will be a single "default" folder .... usually (but not always) named: ggixqje2.default

Save the entire folder and transfer to the same place in the new or reloaded PC AFTER Firefox has been installed.

In some cases rename the first part to be the same as the existing default folder name xxxxxxx.default

NOTE: Both browsers must be at the same update level. (3.0 , 3.5 , 3.6RC)

And yer done .... now go have a beer. :icon29:

Ouch! Ken Stallings I was not aware of, nor was I aware of the simTech Dora, Spit, and the Do-335 campaign. Thanks DV. What happened to simTECH anyway? Jagd or Rami mentioned that Crashwoody might have a Beech Staggerwing. I'm down to Confederate money and Russian rubles for income, but I'd consider heading to the pawnshop for a CFS2 compatable Stag and the AS Payware P-47, I got some nice captured German skins for the Jug.

Thanks fellas. I probably will follow Rami's lead since I am using MS EXplorer & already have some folders in my favorites.
I am still trying to get organized, get my flight sims updated with goodies. I am still having scenery issues, but that is for another day & thread :salute:
