Here in Phoenix, they have a little restaurant in town square in the heart of Phoenix called Toms Tavern. All the big wigs in Phoenix can be found occasionally having lunch there. They have the worlds BEST pestrami sandwhich. Goodness.....

i totally agree. pulled pork is delicious and deserves to stand on it's own merits.
