In-flight refueling?

How can I refuel in-flight? I have the KC-10 and KC-135, both probably being capable of refueling. So what do I have to do?
 
I also have a question about Formation setup. I can only use some of my aircraft for formation flying. how can i use all of them? What do I have to change? I have only some F-4s, F-14s, some sentries and that's about it. I want to use a lot more planes for this...
