You have right, changing the names to air and dp files now all work perfectly.

i found the possible CTD cause, in my case it's KH supplied "dp" file the sim shuts down in Quick Combat after bein shot down ,also when "End Flight" option menu ,when dp file deleted all's fine.... is there another dp file available ????

Still usin original sound file, textures just converted to dxt3 again usin DXTBmp , & fresh converted mdl... so i know they're ok.
 
maybe i should of been a little more clearer (damn these late mornings).... in Quick Combat as soon as ya crash you don't get the new window to fly again, same when ya End Flight from menu... kind of a ctd... i guess?!

Anyways decided to scasm edit bombs from bomber & torpedo from the other two... apart from the mdl being HUGE for the mdlc it coverts ... ok ,the only animations to do were the yokes in vc, came out nice!

still gotta add the gauges, but what the hay .:)

And yes, Mission the contact points on Manuele 's models are a bit off... but still very nice models, with really excellent vc's
