I know a lot of people knock down Fema for the slow response, and not helping like they are suppose to.When a state of emergence is declared in this area, we have to work with Fema.Something you might like to know. Ever wonder how a older person that is on Social Security and can barely make ends meet afford to get everything replaced and there house rebuilt? When Fema does a research on them and see there is no way they can even afford 100 bucks a month, they just wipe off the bill for everything.Sometimes we wonder where some of our tax dollars are going but to me this is a good thing. When Franklin went under water due to flooding, nobody there had flood insurance because there has never been a flood there, matter of fact they never have had high water. 95% of the homes that went anywhere from 50 to 100% under water had older people living there and they had been there all there lives. Fema went in there and saw to it that the homes where rebuilt and everything was done right.Just thought you guys would like to know this. BTW, this thread isn't about our Government screwing up everything so please don't turn this to a political thread.
