installed 1.31 and now can't start ETO

after installing 1.31 as per the instructions (after setting to Era 1 and stock spawns), ETO will now not start.

I get 2 error message windows as follows:

"Windows cannot find cfs3.exe"

"Welcome to the CFS3 ETO Expansion Global Layer Swapper. The CFS3 ETO global layer swapper will now change out the global layer files. Press ank key to continue.. The system cannot find the path specified."



help please.
 
If you haven't installed ETO in the default directory and edited the startfiles before the 1.31 update, you will have to re-edit the bat-file within the global_laxer-folder by hand again, happend to me to....

Love this forum......always somebody here who knows the path out of the woods...this fixed it for me too..........
