Hey all,

Psullykeys did a little searching on Amazon and found some interesting items for CFS2, including the original pilot's manual.

All can be had for less than a Washington (dollar) provided you're willing to splurge the four bucks for shipping.

Personally, I'm inclined to get the two books...you know what they say about a dollar and a dream.

Original Books

Rami,

I've got both books back from day 1. For a CFS 2 aficionado, they are both worth having and provide some good options and tips for the player, but not for the mission builder.

My most valuable book is Cody's CFS 2 mission building tutorial. I had it printed and bound and when I'm home, it is in constant use.

I'm with you on that, Jag. Just printed off Cody's stuff and starting to climb that good ol' learning curve. He did great work with this......it's enhanced the game for me in many ways, and I'm just scratching the surface!

I KNEW when I bought it, took it home and tore the wrapping off the box that there was something about this particular game. Can you imagine?.....my first cfs2 flight was on an old Pentium III! The manual that came with my copy is well done and I do use it from time to time as well, though most of what I do with the game is stored in what brain cells I have left, short of Cody's work, of course!

Thank Gawd I'm retired now and can spend more time on it.:jump:
