This and the many "How to fly the......." official training movies I downloaded helped me setting up an excellent DVD collection to enjoy anytime I wish.

On YouTube there are also original films about gunnery, bomb-aiming, engine maintenance, aerial combat tactics, even one dedicated to the turbo supercharger!

Each time I found a new one, there were links to more.
