IRIS 12 Days of Christmas.... :)

I really want to thank you Smudge et al at Iris Simulations for making these planes available.

Money has been tight and I would not have otherwise been able to acquire them...

The F-14, the A-10, the Christen Eagle, BD-5 and the DA-40 are all outstanding models with great textures, sound files and flight dynamics.

I will recommend these to anyone who asks about quality addons for FSX going forward - and I also want you to know that I will not hesitate to buy the next product you produce that falls into my preference type - even at full price....I almost feel like I owe you that much for taking these for so little $

David - if you happen to check this thread I would appreciate your help. I know you have been swamped with orders, etc. but my credit card has been billed now for two days and I have sent e-mails and support tickets in and have not heard back yet. I am getting the mass e-mails but these do not appear to pertain to my situation. As of now my purchases are not showing up in my account in the shop.

error downloading the f-20

I am getting a corrupt file error every time I download the f-20. I have successfully downloaded the other two planes I purchased, the texan and diamond start.

Has anyone else had the problem? Or know how to correct?

I appreciate and comments or suggestions.

In the meantime I will keep searching the forums and submit a support request.
 
I had a similar problem for a while with other software, including some airplanes.. The issue turned out to be my anti-virus acting up and getting twitchy or something, but when i disabled it for just the single download, everything went fine.. You might try that.. turn off your email if you use pop 3 and dont have anything else running that accesses the net before you turn off your protection, then reboot after youve downloaded to start it back up again..
 
If the server is really busy with THAT file, that can happen, also. Give it an hour or so, then come back and try downloading again.
