Just took delivery of this beauty. Only had time for a brief walk-around to snap a few pics.

FSX Native Model. New upgraded VC. Working wipers, FMC, high res. textures, custom sounds, animations, pilot and co-pilot, etc.

Thank-you, to IRIS Simulations, David Hoeffgen, Dylan A., Chris Evans and company for putting this one together.

Lots of repaints available, esp. at Avsim. Aircraft seems very "mod friendly". Great candidate for @expat's FS Spotlights mod, for starters ........

Enrique Cornejo, over at FS Workshop has been doing some mods on this model that look just fabulous.

They include tweaks and texture improvements in the VC as well as a very cool livery.

The GPS 500 Replacement Gauge V5 by G.Munro is my next step - much more useful for orientation with added functionality compared to the default FSX GPS.

I prefer seeing scenery rather than shadows and reflections when looking out of the VC glass, therefore removing the glass reflections.

I did look into this one and downloaded it but then discovered it was basically what I already just finished with the Gulfstream (same VC). Since all my flying is done in the VC I didn't see any reason to keep two that looked identical, despite the few upgrades. Still a good deal though - Freeware!!

I have had many pleasant hours in the IRIS GEX with this CRJ panel - very nice freeware.

You should find however that the AI Gulfstream with the G650ER air.cfg mods (I posted on the other thread) should outperform the Global Express XRS, as in real life.

And I go to great pains to put reflection in....on 2D panels....which I set up from screencaps of the VC...
