Iris F16 afterburner not working

Guys,

Can anyone help ?

I've installed the F16 and the afterburner doesn't illuminate, nor does the nozzle open and close. I've moved the aircraft into a folder outside FSX, although not sure if this is anything to do with it ?

I'm running acceleration as well.

Any help appreciated, thanks
 
in the pit on the throttle there is a 'limiting device' that needs clicked onto move itout of the way, then burners ahoy!!

Is the HUD suppost to work as well ? Got nothing in it and can't seem to get the screens on either.

yes indeed, had mine working night before last,just don't ask me to remember how, lol. I've a load ofnew IRIS planes to fly, time so far on each has been minimal, lol. I'm certainly not complaining, it's a great situation to be in :d Thinking it's a switch on the stbd console somewhere, near the back.

There is a quick start switch just behind the flight control stick. That will power up all the systems.
 
OK thanks Jamie. Got the HUD on the Hog working fine, but no joy the F16. Had a few engine failures on the F16, quite embarrasing at low level when it all goes quiet !
