IRIS Platinum Series A-10A Warthog Released!!

The installer states in its title what version it is... if it doesn't say Version 1.2 in the installation program, then you're installing the older version 1.0 file.
 
I got a update 1.2 reminder from Flightsimstore and followed the link to my downloads. Nothing there. Then found my previous purchases and there was the A-10. However its iris_platinum_a10a_fsx.exe
File size 296.69

I do not know if this is it but would not want anyone to waste alot of time downloading a duplicate file unless we know its the update.

This is the size of the updated a10. A quick test that you can do is to start the installation and see the first screen: It shoud have the "1.2" text in the first screen. Then, cancel the instalation process.
 
Ok well its downloading VERY fast so no biggie.
Just remember the first day and it was slooooooooooooooooow.


PS- Yes its the updated 1.2 version.

Thank you very much David and Team - the new models are superb ! During my first flight with the new CSAR-model i notice a "miss-texturing" at the weapons - see below. Could that be changed ?

Otherwise - outstanding job from the whole IRIS-Team !!!!!! One of the best Addons i ever bought until now !

Buggerit...I could have sworn I swapped the buggy texture out ... geez.. I'll pop an updated bmp on our server to download and install..

I admit I am multi tasking like mad but where my autopilot was is just, missing. No labels,buttons,nothing.

run new installer
name rank
serial number?
go back to the Flight sim store NO Serial # (aka authorisation code)

enter the number that is shown in brackets in the window above the rego text boxes... it worked for me.
 
Hey doublecool - if you run the installer, have a look at the right upper corner - there you find more information! Its a little tricky and I was a bit confused myself, as the first installer did not request a serial-number and it was not ncluded in the purchase-email, but if you have a closer look, you will see .......

And...because I'm a nitpicker and a professional complainer, I'll point out that the CT ANG is located at Bradley Field in Windsor Locks, CT. Springfield is in Massachusetts. :icon_lol:

I can´t find a "uninstaller" for the 1.0 version. Is there one, or just delete the folders and that´s it?
