Iris Silence Twister released

Why pilot figure grab "right-handed" stick by left hand? How this guy using throttle (wich placed on left side of cabin) in this position?

Is there anyway to get rid of the right/leftclick on the switches? As it is now i can´t use the switches on my joystick for the gear or flaps, but have to click the switches in the vc with the mouse.
