IRIS Support?

I'm doing this in the hopes that someone from the IRIS Support Team reads this forum more than they do their own support tickets, lol. I'm keeping this light hearted rather than derogatory because I like David and his team and what they are accomplishing. . .the aircraft just get better and better. Problem is, the support just stays the same.

There was an earlier thread asking if IRIS was still in business and I mentioned there that getting support was sometimes difficult at best. David did apologize and said that if anyone needed assistance to PM him here in the SOH forum and either he would take a look at it or someone else from his team would. Well, I did that. . .I PM'd David and it sat in the box for over a week with no response. I finally deleted it as it was obvious it wasn't going to get read. I left a short note in the thread about the A-10 Release that he should check his PM's. . .nothing. So I went back to the IRIS website and opened a support ticket. . .that was early Wednesday morning. . .still nothing.

So this is a friendly reminder to someone. . .anyone at IRIS. . .please check the support tickets?:salute:

Falcon,

The day David apologized, 09/29/10, he responded to my support ticket and sent me a link to re-download the Texan II, which was my problem. Unfortunately, the link didn't work. After PM's back and forth; I'm waiting, since 10/04/10, for a new link David said he'd send.

I assume he's putting the finishing touches (manual, feedback, etc.) on the A-10A. Hopefully, he'll get back to us shortly.

Joe

Yep, he's been very busy. He PM'd me with what I needed and I'm in business. Thanks David!:salute:
