IRIS Tomcat - refuelling

Hello,

I've been flying my new IRIS pro series Tomcat so much lately that I'm seriously short on fuel :)

According to the manual, refuelling will begin if the following criteria are met:
- alt between 15,000 and 17,000 feet
- speed between 250 and 270 knots
-refuelling probe extended

Still, nothing happens. Don't I need some refuelling aircraft too?

Has anyone managed to refill his F-14 in flight?

PS: Are there refuelling points at airports? Do they refuel you there? How does it happen?
 
I cheated. Having this issue with several aircraft (mostly poor piloting on my part) I set the default command for fuel quantity increase to ENTER+F.
