Getting addon aircraft textures to work in FSX? I rarely fly FSX but since I built my new rig I fly it ALOT more... examples... Rick pipers A-22 for FSX accel. is all white... any help?

Tsgt Holden,

I think I had the A-22 loaded some time back. Almost all cases like this are due to using an FS9 Port in FSX with Dx10 preview on. Try turning DX10 Preview off.

An Old Sarge, too :ernae:

I'll try,if it works it will make another 10 addons stop doing the same thing.

Then uh, why don't you just use them in FS9? Didn't you just fix your own problem there? lol :mixedsmi:
To use them with sceneries that do not work in FS9, for example ;)

Idancesafetydance, the white textures issue is very typical from DX10 mode, your textures will come back to normal when you'll switch back to DX9.

However, you might be facing some new problems then, like opaque windows. This problem can be solved by editing the window texture. Search for "Alpha Channel" in the forum, and download a freeware tool nammed DXTBMP.
