Is this ghosting?

On some of my aircraft I get this ghosting effect - a kind of pale coloured haze around the silhouette. Anyone know what it is or which graphics control might have a bearing on it please?

Thanks yes I saw this video but if i recall correctly he seems to be talking more about the blurring of the rotating digital figures on MFD's. I know there was some texture distortion near the ground though so I will watch again! I need to investigate this whole DLSS thing. I am using TAA as it seems to get me the best quality visual effects. I don't need performance improvement as with my new rig I seem to be getting a smooth 70-90 fps with pretty much everything maxed out. I just want the best and most clear graphics. I think it was Easyjet pilot on Utube who advocated using TAA if you don't need to compromise on fps.

It's not just the MFD's you know. If you watch the clip, you also see the ghosting while panning around the view.
