With the HP sexual harassment suit and all the other BS going on with the high paying CEO's and other upper management, what kind of a company pays out over twenty million on crap like this. If you or I had an employee file this kind of a complaint we would be fire on the spot. This HP CEO could top forty million...this is just one person. Why would any large company fire someone in upper management and give him or her a huge reward???????

There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

Because the people that are on the board of directors at one company usually sit on the board of more than one company. They are looking out for each other. No doubt he will be picked up by another company and get yet another similar deal.

From what I understand, this CEO just automatically bowed out of his rank and quit. I dont think he challenged anyone. I didnt read the entire story though. I could be very wrong.
Speaking of this, I was given a 'charge' of sexual harrassment once. I couldnt believe it and the managers couldnt either and it was by a person that only overheard the conversation. The managers told me not to sign it, that it was unfair and not right. It was basically taken out of context. This was brought on by a girl that would be doing things on the couch with her boyfriend in the break room...
