He is probably working on something magnificent (i hope)!

(though you guy's got me worried, hope he is allright!)
 
Or he could just be taking a break for the holidays. It's not as though he doesn't deserve it.
 
Tim decided to have a confrontation with a member of the staff here. He is not banned, but his return is contingent upon certain actions by him. Whether or not he decides to return is his decision to make. This is not the place to discuss it, for the sake of all involved. I understand the interest in Tim and I certainly hope he returns soon.
