• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

The Sim Outhouse contribution drive is up and running. Please give what you can to keep the best sim website alive. Any contribution is greatly appreciated. Our goal this year is $10K. :encouragement:
 
Will do so as soon as I check my Paypal balance. But I have a request before I make my annual contribution.

Too often I come here only to get the message that the server is too busy. I'm figuring this is do to a ton of people reading and responding all at once.
So I'm wondering if something could be done to give priority to Charter Members when the server is overwhelmed? So paying members always have access, then members, and then guests.
Just a thought. It's been an issue for several years now so I decided to finally say something.

I made my donation about a month ago, thinking it was for this years membership.

Even though it's not a huge issue, but do I need to donate again to make it count for this years Membership Drive?

Hi Manfred, if you've already contributed in 2018 then I don't see that you need to donate again.
 
Can you do me a favor and keep a log on when that happens. I never see it and I don't know why you do.
