The ARMY,NAVY FOOTBALL GAME!..Long great tradition..most of the Captain Generals of our Armed forces played in these games.Since 1890, The Black Knights and the Midshipman have been meeting in this game!..I have been at these games numerous times...Its a great feeling seeing the Long Grey Line,and the Midshipman......For they are the Winners,and America is also!.For many the football game is over,and now they move on to active duty...

The game has been a long standing tradition now and it's the only football game that I ever, ever show interest in. That said, the Navy wins again:salute:. A high point for myself and Shipmates from HCS-5/HSC-85 was the Navy QB sporting our sisters squadrons (HSC-84 Redwolves) unit patch. Not a bad thing if you were or are a member of the smallest helo community in the Navy. Just remember that while the game has inflamed the passions of Soldiers and Sailors alike, we all pull together against our common and mortal enemy, the USAF
