Ivan's I-16s and missing gauges

I'm having trouble with Ivan's I-16s from his Aces pack. The schweizer whiskey compass does not want to show, even though I have the gauge in the correct file. What can I do?

The fix that I have found so far is to swap out all the Schweitzer gauges with BR2 Yak gauges.

Was the panel trying to load the FS98 Schweitzer gauges that didn't come with CFS2?
