I've been messing with AI airplanes...

SOH-CM-2013
....again today. Took me most of the day to get one airplane sorted out to fly the way I wanted it to. I had no problems making a copy of one of my regular FSX airplanes and then converting the copy to AI use. The problem was that it simply would not land. It would come in high, fly down most of the runway, and then make a missed approach and go around. I finally have solved the problem. I watched it with Shift Z activated and noticed that it was way to "hot" on final. I then started tweaking the engine section on the aircraft config file. I changed the min rpm settings and the horsepower setting many times until I finally stumbled upon a solution. The airplane now flys the pattern and final approach at close to the speeds of the real airplane. It now lands and taxis back to its starting parking spot.:applause:
