I am looking for iwo jima airfield number one images taken from top down view or any image which shows the whole base runway scenery circa 1944-45.

I'm able to get Mt. Suribachi with mine...

All I have installed is Rumba's Lod 5 Lod 7 and stock mesh.

From Rhumba? Oh yeah! I'm also using some old but excellent airfields that were done by Maskrider. I am curious about the placement of your airfield. I am wondering if it could be to close to where the CFS2 Suirbachi is that the runway complex just runs right over it, blanking it out, and making it flat and not appear at all. Just my initial quick thought.

As for the airfield location relative to Mt Suribachi, here's a map you might find useful. BTW it might be a good idea to tinker a bit with landclass to reflect those black beaches of Iwo Jima and reduce the lush greenery of the island ;)

i have that map with airfield n1.i also found the terrain way too green and lush,thats why i cleared the area but i know nothing about land class to mod terrrain even though i have the 2k tools.i also think the sizes of the islands i built the bases on are maybe not to scale of the real ones which must have been bigger.
