the contents therein, I believe do not pertain to the WWII era IJN; there are presumably Javier Fernandez's highly detailed Nimitz class carriers for FSX/A https://indiafoxtecho.blogspot.com/2009/06/javier-fernandez-releases-his-nimitz.html placed at four locales, including one in Yokosuka, Japan - and presumably not remotely what the OP @Cees Donker is looking for...
Yanco San's famed and highly detailed Battle of Midway and Battle of Coral Sea releases including the IJN and US Navy carrier fleets were originally for FS2004 and a perfect complement to MAAM's TBF/TBM Avenger for FS2004:
