Japanese K5Y1 for CFS2

When my hard drive crashed, I lost my K5Y1. I have been unable to find it again. I found one, but it is for CSF and is not compatable with CFS2. The file was by a Japanese author and as I remember, I had to e-mail him for clearance. Anyone out there that can help me? Thanks.
