The download you want is ""CFS3_GVP_JPN.zip. It is located in SOH Archives under Sounds. Page 5 of 7. I hope this is what you want.

Thanks! This is close. It contains your Japanese pilots voice for some of the commands, but not the replies from the wingmen. Pretty good though and will have to do until someone creates something more complete.
