Just uploaded: Ports of Batavia, Surabaya and Tjilatjap with associated airfields and sea bases. Bonus: Bandoeng and Andir airfield. "Historical" and compatible with Rumbaflappy's meshes and watermasking.

I hope you enjoy!

Onnogras,

Awesome! I was wondering when you were going to release that...

Onnogras,

I thought long and hard about incorporating this scenery into my Dutch East Indies campaign, but after extensive testing, especially with regards to frame rates and the necessary steps to remove parts of Xavierb's scenery before installing yours. In my opinion it would make things too complicated for the average user to follow the procedures required to make it all work.

I did make a change to the campaign in order to use the Ki-43 I, because that would have been much more appropriate than the Ki-43 Donationware version, because the Ki-43 II wasn't used until 1943.

Hi Rami,

I realized both of that.
Nevertheless, if you have Xavier's scenery, and Rumbaflappy's thingies both installed, there are some conflicts in the sceneries. My original aim was to fill the map with the different MLD seabases, but I soon realized that there was a problem with the compatibility between Xaviers and Rumba's stuff.
I am aware that I did not check (much) about frame-rate issues. There's always a conflict between making beauty and workability, i'm affraid. One can strip some of the objects.
You're right about the KI-43. Personally I use the yashico's Ki-43 (YS2K43IC), which is about 10 years old....

Anyway, I will continue in some new and refreshed sceneries. If you have any advice about performance, please send.
