I have a couple of repaints for JBK's DC-4 that will not appear properly (deicer boot on the vertical stabilizer disappears) unless I have a version 2.0 model. It is easy to find a V2.1 model - but not a 2.0. Please contact me if you happen to have this model. My Chicago and Southern DC-4 will appreciate it, as I don't want to attempt to add a new one to Gary Harper's otherwise superb texture. Bill

Repaint compatibility: You can download and use older repaints from the
internet provided:
*They were made for Version 2.x of this model.
*The textures are converted to *.dds format using Microsoft's Imagetool program
*All four virtual cockpit - textures are removed from the texture folder(s) of the repaint(s).

Two of the .jpgs shown in the d/l have fin de-icers showing so the CS paint should work.
 
Thanks. I do use v3.0 (which works with almost all of todays updated textures) - but a few textures will ONLY work with the V1.0 or V2.0 models (they have not been updated to Jen's newer models - which altered the vertical tail shape). I have a V1.0 model, but the v2.0 is no longer to be found online. If someone has that particular model - please contact me. Bill
