Aussieman, I did all that. On my old computer the Mossie worked in FSX but not in P3D. On my new computer I have only P3D but the plane doesn’t work either. I think (but am not sure) I did a correct install, with password and all. But when redownloading and installing I do not get the opportunity to resubmit email and password; that screen simply does not appear.

Just Flight uses a system that stores the information in the registry or similar. You only need to re-enter the credentials if you reformat your drive, re-install Windows, or switch to a new PC...

Sorry, but I cannot give you any information as to why the P3D install is not working. Have you contacted Just Flight directly via their site? They provide support directly over there I understand...

Yes, I contacted support, but they suggested re-installing simconnect, which did not help. That is why I tried here. The demo (Martyn’s advise) works, but the full install still does not…
