JF Hawk Has No Electrics.

Has anyone else had this?, this was a problem that seems to have come over to my new laptop. Upon start up the radio doesn't want to work and neither does the GPS (Both that come with the aircraft and the default FSX). Has anyone else had this problem?, I am running FSXSE on Windows 11. I did email Justflight about this but they were not helpful at all.
 
I have the same problem with th JF Hunter . FSX SE windows 11 too. It’s a pity because the flight model seem very « realistic »
