One of our Supercar drivers [Greg Murphy] has had three team managers refuse to stay on board with him ['Mr. Murphy Senior' holds the purse strings] and counselled Anger Management Courses, which never happened, ergo the departure of the three.
This idiot is the one who put Marcus Ambrose into the wall at Bathurst when he was being lapped for the third time.
The previous year Murphy collected a five minute penalty [stationary in the pits] for similar bad behaviour.
I know Wally Storey and Jeff Gretch [two of the managers concerned] well, both are very very good at engineering a car and managing a team, but both were disgusted enough to go to smaller teams and less pay as a result of this drivers stupidity.
Jimmy Spencer is so right when he points out that the sponsors will get pissed off, all the talent in the paddock doesn't excuse repeated stupidity.
